Join us for our inaugural Day of Service at the Greater Chicago Food Depository for a food repack shift! The Food Depository regularly needs volunteers to help with repacking food. A lot of the food they receive at their warehouse comes in bulk quantities and volunteers are scheduled to help break it down into more manageable sizes.

There are 10 slots available. Everyone who signs up must show up, so please be sure or let me know before December 23 if you need to cancel. If there is overwhelming demand--let's hope--we can increase the group size to a max of 20 if we do it early enough, so if you think you'd like to participate, please sign up early. This is an afternoon event so everyone can get their Saturday morning rituals done first.
