The Macallan National Brand Ambassador will be guiding us through a special tasting of this iconic scotch, sharing the history and process behind the brand. Our host for the night, Kim Harris Bosse (CC ‘01), is opening the doors of her BYOB members-only club in Lincoln Park for us to taste, mix, and mingle. Following the scotch tasting, Kim will be providing some beer and wine for everyone to enjoy over great conversations. Birch Road Cellar opened in 2014 and has served as a home away from home for wine and spirits aficionados ever since. Each member of the club receives a locker in the state-of-the-art temperature controlled cellar to store their favorite beer, wine, or spirits. Members can host guests or mingle with other members as they enjoy a drink from their own collection, which means there’s no bartenders to flag down and no bill at the end of the night. It’s the perfect spot for a great drink to catch up with friends (did we mention there’s no TVs?).
Cost: $50.00 for Members and $75.00 for Non-Members.
