Chicago Meat History Tour

Join Chicago Detours for this private walking tour of the historic Fulton Market. We'll see architectural relics from the meatpacking district, including factories and meatpacking facilities, as well as Chicago's original street-level view of the skyline and railyard. We'll learn about the origins of Chicago's famous Italian beef and the latest trends in artisan encased meats. Register early! Because we are limited to a maximum of 20 people, this tour is limited to members and their guests. We will contact registrants a week before the event to announce the meeting place and to gauge interest in having a late lunch/early dinner or appetizers/drinks at a West Loop restaurant after the tour.

Tickets: $22 (Members and Their Guests)
