Join us for a discussion with Marc Doussard, Assistant Professor of Urban & Regional Planning at University of Illinois, about his book Degraded Work (University of Minnesota Press) that documents the restructuring of local-serving industries and the paths to upward mobility opened and foreclosed by changing competitive practices. Professor Doussard received a B.A. from Columbia University.
