Enjoy a showcase of almost 2 dozen Chicago star chefs and mixologists in their 'demo' kitchens and bars.  All in one three floor 50,000 sq ft contiguous space. Think of it as a spatial manifestation of Timeout Restaurant itself. This concept was pioneered in Lisbon, Portugal, and has spread like wild fire to nearly 6 cities in North America.

6:00 - 7:00 : Libations and schmoozing

7:00 - 9:00 : Communal dining

All food and beverage consumption is a la carte. There is no entrance or exit fee or group rate.  Each participant can consume as much or as little as s/he prefers.
