Join fellow alumni at the South Loop's newest hot spot, Burger Bar Chicago, for a wide selection of craft beers and special burgers, including bison, elk, lamb, boar, and pork. They also offer chicken burgers, shrimp burgers, and veggie burgers, and salads. Paleo fans can enjoy a salad with a burger on top, no bread :-). Burger Bar is at the corner of Michigan and Roosevelt, just two blocks from the Red, Green, and Orange lines; the #3 and #4 buses stop a block before (11th) and a half block after (Roosevelt). Pay street parking can be found south of Roosevelt on Wabash, or a couple blocks south on Michigan. There will be a table reserved for us in the back right corner. There is no cover charge, but please RSVP so we know how many to expect. We're getting lots of new members--please come if you're new, and don't worry about arriving alone. But if you're more comfortable bringing a friend or two, feel free! We are an open and welcoming club. It's more important to be interested than interesting :-).
