Registrants for the first session receive a Zoom link on January 24.This is the second "Panic (!) Prevention Clinic for Public Speaking" for those who wanted to attend but were unable due to the event filling to capacity.

Please join us on Wednesday, February 22 for an engaging discussion with Columbia Alumna Natalie H. Rogers, MSW, CSW, for an opportunity to enhance your public speaking capability, whether you have high anxiety or if you're an accomplished speaker and want to polish your public speaking skills.

Natalie is internationally recognized as an expert in the field of public speaking, social anxiety, speech phobia and stage fright.  Natalie has committed the last 30 years of her life to training individuals with various levels of speech phobia to speak confidently in public.  Natalie has developed methods substantially different than standard approaches, including physical exercises for developing concentration skills when facing an audience, techniques to reduce anxiety, and a framework for organizing information to build a professional speaking capability.

Natalie’s most recent book, Talkpower, The Mind-Body Way To Speak Without Fear, published by Skyhorse Publishing in August 2021, illustrates her methods for harnessing the energy for concentration at will. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Baruch College, a Master of Social Work from Columbia University, and is the founder of the Talkpower Panic Clinic for Public Speaking Workshops. Natalie was the artistic director, with her husband Harold Herbstman, of the Dove Theatre Company in New York City where she acted, directed and had an acting school. This past July, Natalie was honored by Baruch College in a Change Maker ceremony, for her life's work by positively impacting others through leadership, innovation, and excellence.

Join us on February 22 for an opportunity to enhance your public speaking capability, regardless of your current level of expertise.
